Robert Cohen, one of the foremost cellists of his generation, made his concert debut at the age of 12 at the Royal Festival Hall and during the following forty years has performed, recorded and taught around the world to massive critical acclaim. He directs the annual Charleston Manor Festival in Sussex in Britain and is an honorary doctor of the Royal Academy of Music in London.
